In alignment with our mission, our hope is to make the practice of personal development and mental health care part of our daily lives.
Self Care
Last summer, during our retreat on the Dakar coast line, we examined the benefits of inner work and explored the many ways we can eradicate limiting beliefs. This allowed us to inform, educate and raise awareness on the importance of self-care.
Ancestry and Identity
This past winter, we unveiled the pilot of the digital version of our signature storybook “The African Princess” at the SF Main Library where families embarked on a voyage to Zamba-Land, all the while learning about ancestry, patience, perseverance and resilience!
